で「コロナ後、私はずっとオフィス勤務していない。ありがたいことに、同じ職場で働いている叔父がいるからだ。叔父が出社するときに私の社員証を持っていってスキャンしてくれるので、問題社員リストに載らずに済んでいる。たぶん上司はこのことに気づいていると思うけど、その上司は来年退職するし、もう何事にもまったくやる気がない。」という意味になります。
I haven’t been in the office post covid で「コロナ以来、私はオフィス勤務していない」です。
post covid は「コロナ後」という意味です。COVID-19 のことですね。
haven’t been to the office とも言えますが、こちらは「オフィスに行ったことがない」と、足を運んでいるイメージ。
一方 in the office の方は「オフィスで勤務して」という意味です。
つまりコロナ以降「オフィス勤務したことがない」
例：I’ll be in the office tomorrow.「明日は（在宅でなく）オフィス勤務です。」
thanks to my uncle,「私の叔父のおかげで」です。
, who works in the same place.「（その叔父は）同じ場所で働いている。」
He takes my pass in で「彼は私の入館証を持って入って」です。
take ～ in で「～を持ち込む」です。
to scan it「それをスキャンする」です。
when he goes in「彼が会社に入るときに」
so ～「～するように」
(so) I don’t show up on the naughty list.「私が悪い子リストに載らない（ように）」です。
show up on ～ で「（リストなどに）載る、名前が出る」です。
naughty list は、元々はクリスマスの文脈でサンタさんにプレゼントをもらえない「悪い子リスト」のこと。
ここでは「問題社員リスト」を指しています。
naughty [ノ]ーティは「わんぱくで言うことを聞かない、お行儀の悪い」という意味の形容詞。
例：naughty child「行儀の悪い子、イタズラっ子、親の言うことを聞かない悪い子」
I’m pretty sure (that) ～「きっと～だと思う、違いないと思う」
my boss knows this「私の上司はこのことを知っている（と思う）」
but he retires next year「でも彼は来年定年退職する」
& doesn’t give a fuck about anything「だから、何についても全く気にしない」
anymore「もう、もはや」
not give a fuck about ～ で「～についてどうでもいい、気にしない」という意味のイディオムです。
fuck が強すぎる場合は
give a crap/shit や give a damn などのバリエーションもあります。
例：I don’t give a fuck about what people think.「人がどう思おうが知ったこっちゃない。」
それはまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
