で「全員女の子のポップグループAKB48他が出演するはずだった日本文化を売り込むためのイベント、ジャパンエキスポ タイランド2015が、バンコクでの死傷者の出た爆破事件を受け延期となった。」という意味になります。
expo は「博覧会、エキスポ」という意味の名詞です。
exposition エクスポジション「博覧会」の略語です。
動詞形は expose で「～にさらす、露出する、～に見えるようにする」です。
promote は「促進する、販売促進する、プロモーションする」です。
pro-（前に）mote（動かす=move）で、前に動かす、前進させるです。
feature フィーチャーは「～を呼び物とする、～を目玉とする」という意味の動詞。
例：tv show featuring a famous actor「有名俳優を目玉にしたテレビ番組」
postpone は「延期する」という意味の動詞です。
t は発音せずにポスポウンとなります。
in the wake of ～ は「～を受けて、～の結果として」という意味の慣用句。
wake ウェイクは「目覚める」という意味でおなじみですが、
この場合のように「航跡、船が通った後にでる波」→「結果、後、後ろ、余波」という意味もあります。
