で「ですのでウェブは、10年後の未来から振り返ってみた時、ウェブは、歴史を決定づけるような技術、コンピューター産業にとって社会全体の歴史的な瞬間となるでしょう。そしてそれは非常に影響力が大きいと思います。それはパーソナルコンピューティングに全く新しい息吹を吹き込んでいますし、それはすごいことだと思います。」という意味になります。

as we look back ten years from now で「私たちが（この状況を）今から10年後に振り返って見るように」です。

the web is going to be the defining technology, で「ウェブは、決定的なテクノロジーとなる」です。
defining は「歴史を決定づける、時代を特徴づける」という意味の形容詞です。
例：defining difference「決定的な違い」、era-defining music「時代を特徴づける音楽」

defining social moment for computing で「決定的で社会的に重要な時、コンピューティングにとって」
defining moment で「決定的瞬間」です。
social は「社会的な、人と人のつながりについての」という意味です。
social networking や social media とかと同じ意味合いですね。
今までコンピューティングは一人でやるものだったのが、ウェブの登場でパソコン同士が繋がるようになるということですね。

And I think it’s going to be huge. で「そして私は、それは非常に影響が大きいと思う」です。
huge はここでは「影響が大きい」という意味合いです。

I think「私は～だと思う」
it’s breathed で「それは～を吹き込んだ」です。
省略形を直すと it has breathed です。
it は the web を指しています。
a whole new generation of life で「全く新しい息吹を」
into personal computing で「パーソナルコンピューティングに（吹き込んだ）」です。
whole new ～ で「全く新しい～」です。
generation は「世代」という意味もありますが、ここでは「発生、新しく生まれ来るもの」という意味合いです。
generation of life なので「生命の発生」です。
例：generation of an idea「アイデアの創出」
personal computing は「パソコン」でおなじみですが、つまり「個人がコンピューターを使うこと」です。
今は当たり前のことですが、コンピューターが大企業や研究所にしかなかった時代の名残ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

今から10年先に振り返って見たら
