Today, I quit smoking cigarettes. While driving to work, the car in front of me flicked his out the window, flying straight into mine. It set the bottom of my seat on fire. FML
で「今日、私は禁煙している。仕事に行く途中、前の車が彼のたばこを窓から弾き飛ばし、まっすぐに飛んで私の車に入ってきた。私の車のシートの底が発火した。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。
　
quit smoking cigarettes で「煙草を吸うのをやめる、禁煙する」という意味の表現です。
quit smoking だけでもOKです。

the car in front of me で「私の前の車」です。
in front of ～ で「～の前の、～の目の前の。面前の」という意味の言い回しです。
例：in front of everybody「みんなの目の前で」

flicked his out the window で「彼の（タバコ）を窓から弾き出した」です。
his は「彼の（タバコ）」です。he の所有代名詞ですね。
主格 he
所有格 his
目的格 him
所有代名詞 his
です。
flick は「パシッと弾く」という意味の動詞です。
パシッ、サッ、ピシッという音の擬音動詞です。
out the window は「窓から外へ」という意味の言い回しです。
例：shoo a fly out the window「ハエを窓からシッシと追い出す」

flying straight into mine で「私の車の中にまっすくに飛んで」です。
mine は「私の車」です。I の所有代名詞です。

It set the bottom of my seat on fire で「それは私のシートの底に火を放った」です。
set on fire は「火を放つ、火をつける、放火する」という意味の慣用句です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私は禁煙していた
