Comic books sales are expected to plunge で「マンガ本の売り上げが急落すると予想されている」となります。
be expected to ～ で「～すると予想される」です。
plunge は「（水や場所に急に）飛び込む」という意味の動詞でそこから「急落する、急落」という意味になります。
例：plunge in stock price「株価の急落」

plunge about 12 percent for the year なので「今年およそ１２％急落する」です。
for the year は「その年に、本年度」という意味です。

amid a dearth of popular titles で「人気作の不足の中で」です。
amid ～ は「～な状況の中で、～に囲まれて、～の渦中で」という意味の前置詞です。
例：amid bleak conditions「厳しい状況の中で」
dearth は「不足、欠乏」という意味の名詞です。
例：dearth of data「データ不足」

increasing demand for ebooks で「電子書籍への需要増」です。
increase は「増える」です。
increasing demand で「増えている需要」となります。
demand for ～ で「～への需要」です。
