で「自分を信じなさい！自分の力を信じなさい！控えめだけど妥当な、己の力への自信なくして、あなたは成功したり幸せにはなれない。」という意味になります。

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! で「自分を信じなさい！自分の力を信じなさい！」です。
believe in ～ で「～を信じる」という意味になります。
例：believe in a miracle「奇跡を信じる」
have faith in ～ も同じく「信じる」です。
faith は「信仰、信念」という意味なので、「～に信念を持つ、～を強く信じる、～を信頼する」という意味合いです。
例：have faith in Christ「キリストを信仰する」、have faith in someone’s honesty「(人)の正直さを信頼している」
ability は「能力、技量、できること」です。
例：ability of expression「表現能力」

a humble but reasonable confidence で「謙虚ではなるが妥当な自信」です。
humble は「謙虚な、控えめな」です。
対して、reasonable は「妥当な、合理的な、まあまあの、適正な」という意味の形容詞になります。
例：reasonable effort「妥当な努力、相応の努力」、reasonable fee「相応の料金、合理的な料金」

confidence in your own powers で「あなた自身の力への自信」です。
confidence in ～ で「～への自信、～に対する確信・信頼」です。
例：confidence in the government「政府への信頼」、have confidence in one’s cooking「料理の腕に自信がある」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
