Today, I got yelled at by one of the managers at my store for tucking in my shirt in the crew room. She called it unprofessional and offensive. It was my first day. FML
で「今日、うちの店のマネージャーに怒鳴られた。従業員控室でシャツの裾をズボンに入れたことで。彼女は、それがプロ意識に欠け不快な行為だと言った。それは仕事の初日のことだった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I got yelled at で「私は怒鳴られた」となります。
yell at ～ で「～を怒鳴る」となります。
be yelled at という受動態のbe動詞が get に変わった形です。

by one of the managers at my store で「私の店の経営陣の一人に」です。
manager [マ]ニジャーは「経営者、経営層、支配人」という意味の名詞です。

for tucking in my shirt in the crew room で「クルールームでシャツをズボンに入れたことで」です。
前置詞 for ～ は「～の罪で、～かどで、～の理由で」という意味があります。
この場合は get yelled at 怒鳴られた理由を意味します。
例：be arrested for counterfeiting「偽造の罪で逮捕される」
crew room は「従業員の控室、バイトの控室、バックルーム」ですね。

She called it unprofessional and offensive. で「彼女はそれがプロ意識に欠けていて、不快な行為だと言った」です。
call it ～ で「それを～と呼んだ、～だとみなした」です。
offensive は「不快な、いやな、喧嘩ごしな、侮辱的な」という意味の形容詞です。
例：offensive odor「悪臭」、offensive eyes「攻撃的な目」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
