で「我々が集めたデータは、多くの才能ある個人が実に自分の約束を最後までやり遂げないことを、非常にはっきりと示しています。実際に、我々のデータでは、やり抜く力（grit）は通常は、才能の指標とは関係ないか、むしろ逆相関の関係にあるのです。」という意味になります。

Our data show very clearly that ～ で「我々のデータは～ということを非常に明確に示している」です。
(that) there are many talented individuals who ～ で「～する多くの才能のある個人がいる（ことを）」です。
individual は「個人、人々」という意味になります。
どんな個人がいるのかというと、
(who) simply do not follow through on their commitments. 「自分が決めたことを最後までやらない（才能ある個人）」です。
ここでの simply は「（なぜかわからないが）単に」という意味あいです。
follow through on ～ で「（約束・計画・目標・提案など）～を最後まで実行する」という意味の句動詞です。

In fact, 「実際に、実に」
in our data, 「我々のデータの中では」
grit is usually unrelated (to ～) で「やり抜く力（grit）は、たいてい、～に関係しない」
or 「もしくは、」
even inversely related to ～ 「～に逆相関している」です。
be unrelated to ～ で「～に関係しない、相関性がない」
inversely related to ～ で「～に逆相関（反比例）している」です。
to measures of talent. で「才能の指標に」です。
measures of talent で「才能を測るための指標」なので、つまりIQなどのことですね。
