Today, I complained about being bored to death on Facebook. Someone took it as a suicide threat and called the police. They showed up at my apartment and my workplace. FML
で「今日、フェイスブックで死ぬほど退屈だと愚痴を言ったら誰かがそれを自殺するという脅しだと受け取って警察に通報した。警察はうちのアパートと職場に現れた。FML」という意味になります。

complain は「不平を言う、不満を口にする、愚痴をこぼす」です。
例：complain about a job「仕事に対する不満を言う」

bored to death は「死ぬほど退屈な」という意味の慣用句です。
to death は後にくっつける形の強調の表現です。強調は他にも on earth などがありますね。
例：Why on earth ～?「いったいどうして？」、worried to death「死ぬほど心配する」

suicide thread は「自殺するという脅し、自殺する危険な兆候」という意味です。
suicide はスーァサイドは「自殺」という意味の名詞です。
例：commit suicide「自殺する」

show up は「現れる、姿を現す」です。
例：show up at an event「イベントに現れる、顔を出す」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
