で「野菜の千切りは料理の行程の中でもっとも退屈な部分ですよね？でもこの場合は違います。上記の動画はスライスや角切りをする際にあなたが想像力を発揮できる多くの例の一つです。もちろんそのスキルがあればですけどね。」という意味になります。

Chopping vegetables で「野菜をせん切りにすること」という意味になります。
今回の文には料理に関する単語がたくさん登場していますね。
chop は「細かく切る、切り刻む、千切りにする、みじん切りにする」です。
例：chop an onion「玉ねぎを刻む」

the most tedious part of the cooking process で「料理の行程で最も退屈な部分」です。
tedious ティーディアスは「退屈な、あきあきする」という意味の形容詞です。
例：tedious task「うんざりする仕事」、long and tedious story「ながくてつまらない話」

how you can get creative で「工夫の凝らし方、どうすれば工夫を凝らせるか」という意味になります。
get creative で「工夫を凝らす、想像力を発揮する」という意味の言い回しです。

while slicing and dicing で「薄切りにしたり角切りにしたりする中で」です。
slice は「スライスする、薄切りにする」
dice は「角切りにする、サイコロ状に切る」という意味の動詞です。
他にも切り方の表現では、mince ミンスで「みじん切りにする」などもあります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
