Today, I got punched in the face after I beat my stepbrother at Mario Kart. I didn’t really get hurt, but he managed to break a finger. My stepmom blamed the whole thing on me, accusing me of being violent and a bad influence on her son. FML
で「今日、義理の兄弟をマリオカートで負かしたら顔面を殴られた。私はそれほど負傷しなかったが、彼は思いがけず指を折ってしまった。継母はすべてを私のせいにして、私が暴力的で自分の息子へ悪い影響があると非難した。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I got punched in the face で「顔面を殴られた」という意味になります。
I beat my stepbrother at Mario Kart で「義理の兄弟をマリオカートで負かした」です。
beat は「打つ、叩く」という意味がありますが、「打ち負かす、勝つ、やっつける」という意味もあります。
例：beat a competitor「競合他社に勝つ」
stepbrother と stepmother という表現は、step- で「義理の、継の」という意味になります。
step- は普通は親の再婚で家族になった人のことを指します。
例：stepmother「継母」、stepfather「継父」
一方、結婚で家族になった人のことは、in-law を付けます。
例：mother in law「義理の母、姑」、father in law「義父、舅」

I didn’t really get hurt で「私はそんなに傷つかなかった、痛くなかった」という意味です。
否定形＋really で「あまり～でない」という意味になりますね。

he managed to break a finger で「彼は思いがけずに指を折ってしまった」です。
manage to ～ は「なんとか～する、どうにか～する」という意味もありますが、この場合は「おもいがけず～してしまう」という意味です。
例：I managed to trip over a tree root.「木の根につまずいてしまった。」

blame ～ on … で「～を…のせいにする」という意味です。

同じような表現ですが、accuse ～ of … で「…であるとして～を非難する、言いがかりをつける」です。
accusing me of being violent なので「暴力的だとして私を非難する」ですね。
