fascinating は「うっとりするような、魅力的な、魅惑的な、興味の尽きない」という意味の形容詞です。

動詞形は fascinate [ファ]ッシネイトゥで「～を魅惑する、人の心をとらえる、うっとりさせる」です。

amazing は「すごい、驚くほどの、すばらしい」という意味の形容詞です。
