Her performances as both a singer and dancer「彼女の歌手としてダンサーとしてのパフォーマンス」までが主語になります。。
performance は「演技」という意味ですが、歌手などの「上演、公演披露」という意味でも使われます。
as both a singer and dancer なので「歌手・ダンサー両方として（の公演）」です。

captivated fans in Japan and elsewhere in Asia で「日本やアジアの他の場所のファンたちを魅了した」
captivate [キャ]プティヴェイトゥは「虜にする」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は captive で「捕虜、人質、とりこ」という意味です。
例：captivated by the book「その本のとりこになる、その本に夢中になる」
elsewhere in Asia で「アジアの他の場所でも」という意味です。
elsewhere は「ほかの場所で」という意味の副詞です。
例：elsewhere in the world「世界各地で」

she eventually emerged as one of the major stars in Japan で「彼女は日本で主要なスターの一人として頭角を現した」となります。。
emerge は「現れてくる、姿が浮かび上がってくる、はっきりとなる」という意味の動詞です。
emarge as ～ なので「～として浮上する、～として頭角を現す」という意味です。
ぼんやりとした霧の中から姿がはっきりと見えてくるというイメージです。
major star で「主要なスター、一流のスター」という意味です。
対義語は、minor starで「マイナーなスター」です。

churning out a string of hits で「連続ヒットを量産しながら」
churn out ～ は「～を量産する、～を大量に生産する」という意味の動詞句です。
churn は「攪拌する、激しくかき回す」という意味の動詞ですが、
工場の機械をせっせと動かして製品を量産するという意味合いになります。
string of hits で「連続ヒット作、ヒット作を次々と」という意味です。
string は「ひも」という意味ですが、「一連のもの」という意味でも使われます。
例：string of killings「連続殺人」、string of actions「一連の動き」
