Today, my husband accused me of cheating on him and demanded to look through my phone. When he found nothing, he admitted to having his first gay experience this weekend and just wanting something to “even the field” before telling me. FML
で「今日、私が浮気していると言いがかりをつけて旦那が携帯を見せろと言ってきた。何もないと分かると、彼は今週末にゲイ体験をしたことを認めた。そのことを私に言う前に、なにか”平等”になることが欲しかっただけだと。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my husband accused me of ～ で「旦那が私を～のだと言いがかりをつけた」です。
accuse は「告発する、責める、言いがかりをつける」という意味の動詞です。
accuse someone of ～ で「人を～という理由で罪に問う」という意味になります。
of の後には名詞が来ます。
例：accuse someone of theft「人が盗みをしたと告発する、言い立てる」

何をしたと言いがかりをつけたかというと、
cheating on him で「彼を裏切って浮気」したと。
cheat は「カンニングする、ズルする、浮気する、裏切る」という意味の動詞です。
cheating で「浮気」です。
例：a serial cheater「浮気性の人」、Have you ever cheated on a boyfriend?「浮気をしたことがありますか？」

and demanded to look through my phone で「携帯電話を調べさせるという、調べることを要求する」です。
look through ～ で「～に目を通す、～を調べる」です。
go through ～「隈なく調べる、捜索する」という表現もありますね。

When he found nothing, he admitted to having his first gay experience this weekend で「何もないと分かると、彼は今週末にはじめてゲイ体験をしたことを認めた」です。
admit to ～ で「～を認める」です。
後ろには名詞形が来ます。
例：admit to a murder「殺人を認める」、admit to being homosexual「同性愛であることを認める」

and just wanting something to “even the field” before telling me. で「私に言う前になにか平等になるものが欲しかっただけだと」です。
even the field は「土地を平らにする、立場を平等にする、ハンデを埋める」という意味になります。
この場合の even は動詞で「～を平らにする、平等にする」です。
