Today, my younger brother, who still lives in our parents’ basement and has never held a job in his life, announced that his girlfriend is pregnant with their third child. I’m a college graduate living on my own and I’ve never even had sex. FML
で「今日、まだ実家の地下で暮らして人生で一度も職に就いたことがない弟が、彼女が3人目の子供を妊娠したと公表した。私は大卒で一人暮らしをしているのに、童貞（処女）である。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my younger brother, who ～ で「～な弟」です。
younger brother で「弟」となります。
「兄」は older brother となります。
他にも、little brother「弟」、big brother「兄」という言い方もあります。

どんな弟かというと、
who still lives in our parents’ basement and has never held a job in his life で「いまだに実家の地下で暮らしていて人生で一度も職に就いたことがない（弟）」です。
live in ～ で「～に住む」です。
parents’ basement で「実家の地下」です。
parents’ は「両親の」です。
parents’ house で「実家」という意味になります。
basement で「（住宅の）地下」です。
has never held a job in his life で「彼の人生で一度も職を持ったことがない」です。
held は hold の過去分詞形です。
hold a job で「職を持つ、職に就く、就職する」です。

announced that ～ で「（その弟が）～だと発表した」です。
何と発表したのかというと、
his girlfriend is pregnant with their third child で「弟の彼女が3人目の子供を妊娠した」です。
pregnant with ～ で「～を身ごもる」という意味の言い回しです。

I’m a college graduate living on my own and I’ve never even had sex. で「私は私は大卒で一人暮らしをしているのに、童貞（処女）である。」です。
「私」の性別が不明ですね。
college graduate で「大卒」という意味になります。
living on my own で「一人暮らしをしている」です。
on one’s own で「一人で、自力で」という意味になります。
I’ve never even had sex で「Ｈをしたことがない、童貞だ、処女だ」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
