Today, my psycho ex is threatening to take me to court on child abuse allegations. How did I abuse them? I “gendered” our children by buying them certain colored clothing and toys… that they’d asked for. FML
で「今日、元妻（元夫？）が、児童虐待の申し立てで、私を裁判所に連れて行くぞと脅してきている。私がどう児童虐待したかって？子供たちに特定の色の服やおもちゃを与えることで性差を意識させたから。それらは彼らが欲しがったものなのに。。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my psycho ex is threatening to ～ で「私の元妻（元夫？）が～するぞと脅している」という意味になります。
ex は「元夫,元妻,元恋人」という意味です。
今回は明示されていませんが、子供がいるとのことなので、前の結婚相手でしょう。
例：ex-boyfriend「元カレ」、ex-wife「元妻」
threaten は「脅す」という意味の動詞です。

threaten to take me to court で「私を裁判所に連れて行くと脅す」です。
on child abuse allegations で「児童虐待の申し立てで」です。
child abuse は「児童虐待」です。
allegation は「申し立て、疑惑、容疑」です。～したんじゃないかと訴える、という意味合いです。
動詞形は allege アレッジ「訴える、申し立てる」です。
例：kidnapping allegation「拉致疑惑」、alleged child abuser「児童虐待の容疑者」

どう児童虐待したのかというと、
I “gendered” our children で「私が性差を意識させた」です。
by buying them certain colored clothing and toys「特定の色の服やおもちゃを買い与えることで」です。
gender は「性差」という意味で、動詞では、上のように「性差を意識させる」という意味になります。
いわゆる、ジェンダーフリーの考え方ですね。
男の子はブルー、女の子はピンクなど、男女を区別するのはよくないという考え方です。

that they’d asked for. で「（それらの服やおもちゃは）子供たちが欲しがった」です。
ask for ～ で「～を求める、～を要求する」です。
