で「成功のもっとも重要な尺度は、あなたが、周りの人、あなたの家族・友人・同僚、そして道端で会った他人を、どのように扱うか、であるという事実を絶対に見失ってはいけない。」という意味になります。

Never lose sight of the fact that ～ で一つの決まり文句として覚えてしまってもいいですね。
「～という事実を決して見失ってはいけない」です。
lose sight of ～ で「～を見失う」という意味です。
sight は「視界、視力、視野」です。

どういう事実かというと、
the most important yardstick of your success will be ～ で「あなたの成功の最も重要な尺度は～になるでしょう」です。
yardstick は「尺度、基準、ものさし」という意味です。
yard は長さの単位「ヤード」です。
stick は「棒」ですので、ヤードを測る棒となります。

how you treat other people で「あなたが他の人をどう扱うか」です。
other people なので「あなた以外の人」→「周りの人」です。

your family, friends, and coworkers, and even strangers you meet along the way. で「あなたの家族・友人・同僚、そして道端で会った赤の他人も」です。
strangers you meet along the way で「あなたが道ですれ違った他人」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
