Today, I got home to find my house trashed, my TV, PlayStation, and laptop smashed, all my clothes burning in the backyard, and all my food gone. Turns out my girlfriend did this after going through my phone and finding a contact named “Kristi”. Kristi is my sister. FML
で「今日、家に帰ると家中がめちゃくちゃにされていた。テレビやプレステ、ノートパソコンは粉々にされ、服は裏庭で燃えいて、食べ物はすべてなくなっていた。これは僕の彼女がやったことがわかった。僕のスマホを見てKristiという連絡先を見つけて。Kristiは僕の妹（姉）だ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I got home to find my house trashed, で「家に帰ると家がめちゃくちゃになっていることをみつけた」となります。
get home で「家に着く」という意味の句動詞です。
find ～ … で「～が…の状態であることに気付く」です。
trash は「～をめちゃくちゃにする、ちらかす」という意味の動詞です。
名詞では「ごみ、くず、がらくた」という意味です。
例：trash a room「へやを散らかす、部屋を荒らす」、trash someone’s hair「髪をめちゃくちゃにする」

my TV, PlayStation, and laptop smashed で「テレビ、プレステ、ノートパソコンは粉々にされていた」です。
smash は「粉々にする、粉砕する、強打しまくって粉々に壊す」という意味の動詞（Verb）です。
laptop は「ノートパソコン」です。lap は「膝～腿」です。
例：smashed car「破壊された車」

all my clothes burning in the backyard, で「僕の服は裏庭で燃えている」です。
clothes は「衣服、服」です。
burn で「燃える」ですね。
backyard は「裏庭」です。

all my food gone. で「食料はすべて無くなっていた」です。
gone は go の過去分詞形ですが、「消えていて、なくなって」という意味になります。
例：My car is gone.「車がなくなった」

Turns out my girlfriend did this で「僕の彼女がこれをやったことが分かった」です。
turn out は「結局～だと分かる、～だと判明する」という意味の句動詞です。
例：turn out all right「結局すべてうまくいく」

after going through my phone and finding a contact named “Kristi”. で「（彼女が）僕のスマホを見てKristiという連絡先を見つけた後で」です。
go through ～ は「～に目を通す、～を読む、隈なく調べる」という意味の句動詞です。
例：go through a file「ファイルに目を通す」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
