I’d like to have a little rummage in there with you now and just pull a few tools out that you might like to take away and play with, which will increase the power of your speaking.
で「それでは皆さんと今から、その道具箱の中をちょっとひっかきまわして、いくつかの道具を引っぱり出してみましょう。皆さんは、それを持ち帰って使ってみるといいでしょう。きっとあなたの話す力を向上させてくれます。」という意味になります。

I’d like to have a little rummage in there with you now で「それではちょっとその中を物色してみたいと思います」です。
I’d liket to ～ は「～してみたいと思う」ですね。
have a rummage で「物色する、ひっかきまわして捜してみる」です。
rummage ラミッジは「物色する、かき回して捜す」という意味の動詞です。
名詞では「物色」という意味になります。
例：Have a rummage through the box and see if you can find the toy.「箱の中を探してみて。おもちゃが見つかるかな？」

just pull a few tools out で「いくつかの道具を出してみましょう」です。
pull out は「引っぱり出す」です。
a few tools で「２～３個の道具」となります。
a few ～ で「２～３の」という意味になります。
後ろに複数形の名詞が来ても、a が付くので、注意しましょう。
例：a few days「２～３日」

that you might like to take away and play with で「（その道具を）皆さん持ち帰って、遊んでみるといいでしょう」です。
that ～ は直前のa few tools を目的語に取った関係代名詞節です。
might like to ～ は「～してみるといいでしょう、～してみたらいいかもしれない、～してみてよ」という意味の言い回しです。
人にさりげなく提案する時などに使える表現法です。
例：You might like to see …「見てみたらいいよ」
take away ～ は「持ち帰る、持ち去る」ですね。
play with ～ は「～で遊ぶ、～を使ってみる」という意味合いです。

which will increase the power of your speaking で「（それは）あなたの話す力を向上させるでしょう」です。
which ～ も同じく a few tools を主語に取った関係代名詞節です。
increase the power of your speaking で「話す力を向上させる」となります。
increase は「増やす、増加させる、高める、向上させる」という意味の動詞（verb）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

これから皆さんと一緒に
