始業開始20分で終業させられた。

Today, I was written up at work and sent home 20 minutes into my shift. My boss thought I was under the influence of something, but it’s really just the first time I’ve come to work with no makeup on. FML
で「今日、仕事中に人事にクレームを入れられて仕事開始20分で家に帰された。私が、お酒か何かを飲んでいると、上司が思ったらしい。しかし、それはただ私が初めてすっぴんで職場に行ったからだった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was written up at work で「職場で報告書を書かれる、人事にチクられる」という意味の慣用句です。
get written up とも言います。
write up は「人事評価レポートを書く」という意味から、
上司などが、人事部（HR）に社員の悪いところを書いて報告書を送るという意味になります。
後で人事部から disciplinary action「懲戒処分」を受けることになります。
例：You were 5 hours late. You will receive a write up.「5時間遅刻だ。人事に報告書が送られるからな。」

My boss thought ～で「私の上司は～だと思った」です。

何と思ったのかというと、
I was under the influence of something で「私が酒か何か（薬物など）に酔っている（と思った）」です。
under the influence は、「酒に酔った状態である」という意味のイディオムです。
influence は「影響」ですね。
例：（注意書き）DO NOT ENTER THE WATER UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS INCLUDING SOME MEDICATIONS.「アルコール、薬物（一部の医薬品を含む）の作用の下で海に入らないこと。」

but it’s really just the first time I’ve come to work with no makeup on.　で「でも、それは私が初めてすっぴんで出社しただけのことだ」となります。
it’s really just ～ で「本当は～なだけだ、実は～にすぎない」という意味です。
with no makeup on で「すっぴんで」です。
