sum は「合計、総計、和」という意味も名詞です。
全てを足し合せたものという意味です。
all the experiences you’ve ever had で「あなたが今まで経験したことのすべて」です。
all the experiences で「すべての経験」です。
(that) you’ve ever had で「あなたが（経験）してきた～」となります。

and they’re sort of shaken up in you で「そしてそれらはあなたの中でいわばシェイクされる」です。
sort of は「ある意味で、いわば、～的な、～みたいな」という意味の副詞句です。
曖昧にぼかしたいとこに入れる表現です。
kind of ～ と同じですね。
they’re shaken up で「それらは振り混ぜられる」です。
they とは、all the experiences you’ve ever のことです。

and reproduced in the things you create で「そしてあなたが創作するものの中で再現される」となります。
reproduce リープロデュースで「再現する、再生産する、複製する」という意味の動詞です。

and that includes seeing movies. で「そしてそれは映画を観ることも含まれる」となります。
「それ」とは、前述の「経験（the experiences）」のことです。
see movie で「映画を観る、映画を見に行く」という意味の言い回しです。

And I think you’re made better by watching the masters で「そして私は～だと思う、名作を観ることであなたはより素晴らしくなると」です。
be made better by ～ で「～することによってより良くなる」という意味になります。
watching the masters で「巨匠の作品を観ること」です。
