An Associated Press investigation found that many Google services on Android devices and iPhones store your location data even if you’ve used privacy settings that say they will prevent it from doing so.

Google wants to know where you go so badly that it records your movements even when you explicitly tell it not to. An Associated Press investigation found that many Google services on Android devices and iPhones store your location data even if you’ve used privacy settings that say they will prevent it from doing so.
で「Googleはあなたがどこへ行くかをとても知りたがっているので、たとえはっきり拒否してもあなたの動きは記録されてしまう。AP通信の調査によると、AndroidやiPhone機器で動作する多くのGoogleのサービスは、たとえプライバシー設定を使って防衛しても、あなたの位置情報を保管していることが分かった。」という意味になります。

Google wants to know where you go so badly で「グーグルはあなたが行く場所をとても知りたがっている」です。
where you go で「あなたが行く場所、どこに行くか」という意味の名詞句となります。
so badly は so much と同じで「とても、非常に」という意味になります。

so ～ that … で「あまりにも～なので…である」の形です。

it records your movements で「グーグルはあなたの動きを記録している」です。
it は google のこと。会社・法人の代名詞（pronoun）は it となります。
record は「記録する」という意味の動詞（verb）です。

even when you explicitly tell it not to. で「あなたがはっきりとグーグルにそうしないように伝えた時でさえも」です。
even when ～ で「～な時でさえも、たとえ～だとしても」という意味の言い回しになります。
explicitly イクスプ[リ]スィトゥリは「明白に、はっきりと、露骨に」という意味の副詞（adverb）。
形容詞形は explicit イクスプ[リ]スィトゥで「明白な、明示的な、露骨な」です。
例：explicit evidence「はっきりした証拠」
tell it not to で「グーグルに～しないように伝える」です。
tell は「伝える、言う、教える」です。
tell ～ to … で「～に…するように伝える、～するように命ずる」となります。
今回は、to … の部分が、否定形で not to「しないように」となっています。

An Associated Press investigation found that ～ で「AP通信社の調査が～ということを発見した」となります。
found は find の過去形です。
find that ～ で「～ということを発見する、～だということがわかる」となります。

何が判明したかというと、
many Google services on Android devices and iPhones store your location data で「Android機器やiPhoneで動作する多くのGoogleのサービスがあなたの位置情報を蓄積している」ことです。
many Google services on Android devices and iPhones までが主語です。
store は「お店」でおなじみですが、今回は動詞で「蓄積する、保管する、保存する、置いておく」です。
例：store a file on a server「サーバーにファイルを保存しておく」

even if you’ve used privacy settings で「たとえあなたがプライバシー設定を使用していたとしても」です。
privacy settings はスマホの設定画面内にあるやつですね。
that ～ 以降は、直前の privacy settings を後から説明している関係代名詞節です。
(that) say they will prevent it from doing so で「設定がグーグルにそうさせないと書いてある（プライバシー設定）」です。
say はこの場合「～と書いてある」という意味です。
privacy settings が「しないように」 say しているということですね。
例：Tommy! It says “No Diving!”「トミー！飛び込み禁止って書いてあるでしょ！」
they will prevent it from doing so で「それらの設定項目が、グーグルに～させないようにする、そうすることを」となります。
they は前出の privacy settings のことを指しています。
it は google のことです。
prevent ～ from … で「～に…させないようにする、～が…するのを防ぐ」という意味の言い回しです。
doing so は前述の「位置データを保存する」ことになります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
