で「今日、一年半付き合った彼氏が、いきなり私に別れを告げた。それは、18か月の賃貸契約をして一緒に住み始めて６か月後、クリスマスのちょうど一週間前、彼へのプレゼントをネットで注文した５分後だった。。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my boyfriend of a year and a half で「一年半の彼氏」です。
一年半付き合った彼氏という意味です。
a year and a half で「一年半」という言い回しになります。
例：a year and a half ago「一年半前」

broke up with me で「私と破局した、私と別れた」です。
break up with ～ で「～と別れる、破局する、関係を断つ、別れを告げる」という意味になります。

out of nowhere は「何もないところからいきなり、突然、唐突に」という意味の言い回しです。
例：show up out of nowhere「突然現れる」

6 months after we’ve moved in together and signed an 18 Month Lease で「18か月の賃貸契約をして一緒に住み始めて６か月後」です。
we’ve moved in together で「一緒に住み始める」です。
move は「引っ越す」という意味があるので、
move in で「転居してくる」です。
move in together で「（引っ越して）一緒に住み始める」となります。
signed an 18 Month Lease で「18か月の賃貸契約にサインして」です。
lease は「（部屋の）賃貸契約」を意味します。

Exactly 1 week before Christmas.. 5 minutes after I ordered his gift online.. で「クリスマスのちょうど一週間前、彼へのプレゼントをネットで注文した５分後」です。
exactly イグ・[ザ]クトゥ・リは先日も出てきましたね。
「正確に、ちょうど、ぴったり」という意味です。
Exactly 1 week before ～ なので「～のちょうど１週間前」です。
ordered his gift online で「彼へのプレゼントをネットで注文した」です。
online は「ネットで、インターネット上で」という意味の副詞（adverb）です。
例：invest online「ネットで投資をする」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
