Musk とは、TeslaのCEO、SpaceXの創業者イーロン・マスク氏のことです。

late Thursday で「木曜日遅くに」です。
late ～ で「～遅くに、～末に」という意味が作れます。
例：late last month「先月末」

(pictures) of the Starship Hopper prototype は「スターシップホッパーの試作機の（写真）」です。
です。

(which) awaits its first flight test in Texas in the coming weeks で「（その試作機は）は今後数週間以内にテキサスで初の飛行テストを待っている」です。
await アウェイトゥは「～を待つ、待ち望む、～が起ころうとする」という意味の動詞です。
wait に似ている言葉ですが、wait の場合は wait for ～ と for とセットで使います。
何を待っているかというと、
its first flight test で「その初めての飛行テスト」です。
in the coming weeks で「今後数週間以内に」となります。
coming ～ で「今後の～」という意味になります。
例：over the coming days「これから数日の間」

Starship test flight rocket just finished assembly で「スターシップのテスト飛行ロケットが、組み立てを完了した」です。
Starship test flight rocket で「スターシップのテスト飛行ロケット」です。
just finished assembly で「ちょうど組み立てが終わった」です。
assembly は「組み立て」という意味の名詞です。-ly で終わりますが副詞ではありませんので注意しましょう。
例:assembly of automotive parts「自動車部品の組み立て」

at the @SpaceX Texas launch site で「@SpaceXテキサスの発射場で」です。
launch site で「発射場」です。
launch ローンチは「（ロケットやミサイルを）発射する、打ち上げる」という意味の動詞です。
サービスなどを開始する（ローンチする）という意味でも使われますね。

This is an actual picture, not a rendering, で「これは実際の写真です。3D画像ではありません。」です。
an actual picture で「実際の写真、現実の写真」です。
not a rendering で「3D画像ではない」です。
rendering は「3D画像（映像）」という意味になります。
コンピューター用語でレンダリングは「3Dオブジェクトを2次元画像にする、描画する」という意味です。
例：Complex images render slowly.「複雑な映像はレンダリングに時間がかかる」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
