で「集中を邪魔する誘惑、気晴らしへの誘惑と、ランダムにチラチラ流れるサジェストの魅力の合間で、大手のコンピュータープラットフォームたちは、何があろうと、私たちをスマホの画面にくぎ付けにさせておくことを狙っている。今、このデジタル世代の独裁から逃れる時期だと考える人々も出てきている。」という意味になります。

Between ～ and … で「～の間で、～の合間で」です。

distraction と diversion は「気晴らし」で同じような意味です。
distraction は「集中を邪魔するもの、気を散らす誘惑、娯楽」という意味合いです。
動詞形は distract で「人の気を散らす、心をかき乱す、惑わす、注意をそらす」です。
一方、diversion は「気分を転換するもの」です。
動詞形は divert ディ[ヴァ]ートゥ で「転換する、迂回させる、かわす」です。

the flickering allure of a random suggestion で「ランダムにチカチカ流れるサジェストの魅力」です。
スマホの画面に流れる「サジェスト」のことですね。
flicker は「炎や光が揺らめく」という意味で、flickering は「チカチカした」という意味です。
例：flickering light「ちかちかする明かり」
allure アルァーは「魅力、魅惑」です。
suggestion は「提案」です。
「こんなのもありますが、いかがですか？」というやつです。

the major computer platforms aim to ～ で「大手のコンピュータープラットフォームたちは～を目指している」です。
platform は「台、壇、舞台」という意味ですが、この場合は YouTube や Facebook、Twitter などのサービス・プラットフォームのことです。
aim to ～ で「～することを狙う、～することを目指す」です。
aim エイムは名詞では「標的、的、目標、狙うこと」という意味にもなります。

何を狙っているかというと、
(aim to) keep us glued to our screens come what may「何があろうと、私たちを画面にくぎ付けにさせておく（ことを狙う）」です。
keep ～ … で「～を…の状態にしておく」という意味になります。
例：I’m sorry to keep you waiting.「お待たせしてすみません。」
keep us glued to ～　なので「～に接着剤でくっ付けておく」です。
glue グルーは名詞では「接着剤、のり」という意味です。
動詞では「のりでくっ付ける、～を接着する、人の注意をくぎ付けにする」です。
glued to our screens で「私たちの（スマホの）画面にくぎ付けに」です。
come what may は慣用句で「何があろうとも」という意味の言い回しです。
例：Do what you ought, come what may.「やるべきことをやりなさい（そうすれば）何が起ころうとも（問題はない）」

Now some think (that) ～ で「今、一部の人が～だと考えている、～だと考える人もいる」です。
この場合の some は some people の省略です

どう考える人もいるのかというと、
it is time to escape the tyranny of the digital age. で「デジタル時代の専制から逃れるときだ」です。
it is time to ～ で「～する時だ、～する時期だ」です。
tyranny で「専制、独裁、暴政」です。
例：resist tyranny「独裁政治に抵抗する」

グーグル、フェイスブック、アップル、アマゾンなどの大手IT企業（tech giants）が、権力を握りすぎているということですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
