get the greatest feeling で「最高の気分になる」ですね。
get ～ feeling という言い回しです。

otherworldly とも書きます。

be anchored で「アンカーで固定される」です。
アンカーとは船を停泊させておくために、海に投げ入れるおもりのことです。
into the Earth and into this energy force で「この地球に、このエネルギー力に」です。

(that) comes up through your feet and goes up the top of your head で「（それは）足を通って登ってきて、頭のてっぺんまで来る」です。
何が登ってくるかというと、this energy force です。

and maybe you’re holding hands with the angels or the stars で「そしてたぶん天使か星たちと手をつないでいる」です。
hold hands with ～ で「～と手つなぐ」という意味の言い回しになります。
