Today my mom applied me to a job in a restaurant without me knowing and told me only after they accepted me, they pay half of the average wage of that job. FML
で「今日、母が私の知らないうちにレストランの仕事に私の代わりに応募していた。私にそれを伝えたのはレストランが採用した後だった。その仕事の賃金は平均の半分くらいだ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

apply me to a job ～ で「私の代わりに仕事に応募する」です。
a job in a restaurant で「レストランでの仕事」です。
server（ウェイター・ウェイトレス）、cashier（レジ係）、cook（調理場）などですね。

without me knowing で「私が知らない間に」です。

told me only after they accepted me で「私に伝えた、レストランが私を採用した後やっと」です。
only after ～ で「～した後やっと」という意味の言い回しです。
only には「やっと、～になって初めて、ようやく」という意味がありますね。
例：only this week「今週に入ってやっと」

they pay half of the average wage of that job で「そのレストランはその仕事の平均の半分を払う」です。
意訳すると「普通のレストランのバイトの平均の半分しか給料が出ない」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
