Today, my bird learned how to mimic the fire alarm after my dad has been testing them for the last few months. He now enjoys sounding like a fire alarm anytime I turn the lights off with the other bird joining in. They live in my room. FML
で「今日、家の鳥が火災警報器の物まねを覚えた。ここ２～３カ月父が警報機のテストをずっとしていたので。私が電気を消すと、鳥はよろこんで警報機の音を出す。そしてもう一羽も参加してくる。彼らは私の部屋で飼われている。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my bird learned how to mimic the fire alarm で「家の鳥が火災警報器のまねの仕方を覚えた」となります。
learned how to ～ で「～のやり方を覚える」となります。
mimic は「～を真似る、～の口真似をする」という意味の動詞です。
例：mimic one’s teacher「先生の物まねをする」
fire alarm　は先週も出てきましたね。
「火災警報器、火災報知器」です。
例：pull a fire alarm「火災警報器を鳴らす」

after my dad has been testing them for the last few months. で「父が、警報機のテストをずっとしていたので、ここ２～３カ月」です。
after ～ は「～した後」ですが、このように「～していたので」という理由の意味合いでも使われます。
has been testing them で「それら（警報機）をテストしていた」です。
for the last few months で「ここ２～３カ月の間」です。

He now enjoys sounding like a fire alarm で「今では彼は警報機のような楽しんで音を出す」です。
enjoy ～ing で「～することを楽しむ、楽しんで～する」となります。
sound like ～ は「～のように聞こえる」という意味もありますが、
この場合は「～のような音を出す」という意味です。

anytime I turn the lights off で「私が電気を消すといつでも」という意味です。
この場合の anytime ～ は when と同じような接続詞（conjunction）で「～するときはいつでも」となります。

with the other bird joining in. で「もう一羽も参加して」です。
with ～ …ing は付帯状況を表すwith です。
「～が…する中、～が…しつつ」という意味合いです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
