で「その映画は、妻の殺害で有罪判決を受けた医師リチャード・キンブルをハリソン・フォードが演じたハリウッド映画のストーリーに忠実に従っている。彼は、逃亡して、当局に追われながら、人工の腕をもつ真犯人の男を見つけようとしている。」という意味になります。

渡辺謙が主役を演じる「逃亡者」という映画についてです。
1993年にハリソン・フォード主演で映画化された名作「逃亡者（The fugiteve）」の日本版スペシャルドラマとなります。

The film will closely follow the plot of ～ で「その映画は、～の筋に忠実に従っている」です。
plot は「（物語の）筋、プロット」です。

何の筋かというと、
(the plot of) the Hollywood film which starred Harrison Ford as Dr Richard Kimble で「ハリソンフォードを医師リチャード・キンブルとして主演に起用したハリウッド映画」です。
Hollywood film で「ハリウッド映画」です。
star は「～を主演にする」という意味の動詞です。
また自動詞で「主演を演じる」という意味にもなります。
例：the actor who starred in the film「その映画で主演を演じた俳優」

Dr Richard Kimble, who is convicted of killing his wife. で「妻殺しで有罪判決を受けた医師リチャード・キンブル」です。
convict カン[ヴィ]クトゥで「有罪判決を下す」です。
例：convict someone of murder「（人を）殺人罪で有罪とする」
名詞形は conviction コンヴィクション「有罪判決」です。

He escapes and tries to find the real killer, a man with a prosthetic arm, while being pursued by the authorities. で「彼は逃げて探そうとしている、本当の殺人者を、人工の片腕を持つ男を、当局に追われながら」です。
the real killer で「本当の殺人者、真犯人」です。
a man with a prosthetic arm, で「人工の片腕を持つ男」となります。
prosthetic プロ・[セ]・ティックで「人工の」という意味の形容詞です。
例：prosthetic foot「義足」
while ～ は「～しながら」という意味です。
pursued by the authorities で「当局に追われ」です。
pursue パースーは「～を追求する」という意味の動詞です。
例：pursue a concrete goal 「具体的な目標を追求する」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
