スーザン・ケイン氏によるTEDでのスピーチ「内向的な人が秘めている力」です。

Even in subjects like math and creative writing, which you think would depend on solo flights of thought, kids are now expected to act as committee members. And for the kids who prefer to go off by themselves or just to work alone, those kids are seen as outliers often or, worse, as problem cases.

で「数学や作文のように思考の単独飛行を要求するであろう教科でさえ、今の子供たちは委員会メンバーのように行動することを期待されます。そして一人になりたい子、単独で作業したい子にとって、そのような子達ははみ出し者、さらに悪くすれば、問題児とみなされます。」という意味になります。

Even in subjects like math and creative writing で「数学や作文のような教科でさえも」です。
even in ～ で「～においてさえも、～の中でさえも」です。
subjects like ～ で「～などの教科」です。
creative writing は「創作的な作文」で、小説や詩、ドラマなどを書く作業のことです。
作文は他にも composition, essay といったりもします。

which you think would depend on solo flights of thought で「（それらの教科は）あなたも思うでしょう、～に頼るものだと、思考の単独飛行に」です。
数学や作文は、一人でじっくりと考えて作業するものだということです。
which you think ～ は、関係代名詞節に [you think] が挿入された形で連鎖関係代名詞節といわれるものです。

そのような教科でさえも、
kids are now expected to act as committee members. で「子供たちは委員会メンバーのように振舞うことを期待される」です。
be expected to ～ で「～することを期待される、～すべきだと周りから期待される」です。
be supposed to ～ と言い換えできますね。
act as ～ で「～のように行動する、～のように振舞う」です。

And for the kids who prefer to go off by themselves or just to work alone, で「そして一人で離れているのが好きな子や、ただ一人で作業したい子にとって」です。
prefer to ～ で「～するのを好む」です。
go off by themselves で「一人で離れる」です。
by oneself で「一人で」という意味の言い回しです。
go off は「離れる」です。

those kids are seen as outliers often or, worse, as problem cases. で「それらの子たちははみ出し者とみなされる、しばしば、さらに悪くすれば問題児とみなされる」です。
outlier アウトライアーは「異常値、はみ出し者」という意味の名詞です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
