で「グーグル検索、YouTube、レビュー、地図やその他の同社の事業。おおむねユーザーには無料だが広告収入で賄われているそれらのグーグルのビジネスは、同社をほんの20年で一介のスタートアップ企業から世界一リッチな企業の一つへと、一気にのし上げた。」という意味になります。

Google’s search, YouTube, reviews, maps and other businesses, which are largely free to consumers but financed through advertising, 長いですがここまでがこの文の主語（主部）となります。
「グーグル検索、YouTube、レビュー、地図やその他の同社の事業、（それは）おおむねユーザーには無料だが広告収入で賄われている」です。
largely free で「おおむね無料、大部分が無料」となります。
but financed through advertising で「しかし広告を通して資金を賄われている」となります。
finance ファイナンスは「資金を調達する、賄う」という意味の動詞です。
be financed through ～ で「～を通じて資金を賄う」という意味になります。
例:financed through a grant from ～「～からの助成金で資金を賄っている」

have catapulted it from a start-up to one of the world’s richest companies in just two decades. で「同社を一気にのし上げた、スタートアップ企業から世界一資金の潤沢な企業の一つへと、ほんの20年で」です。
catapult [キャ]タパゥトゥで「（投石器で射出するように）一気に～の状態にする」という意味の動詞です。
catapulted it で「同社を一気に～にした」です。
カタパルトって何？っていう人はこちらをどうぞ。

会社の代名詞は it となります。
例：catapulted into fame by the movie「その映画で一躍有名になる」
in just two decades で「ほんの20年で」です。
decade で「10年」ですので、two decades は「20年」です。
