で「近頃は、先生よりも生徒の方がテクノロジー関連のものについてほんのちょっとは良く知っています。だから、これは先生にとっては活用できる資源なのです。そして教育者たちはこのリソースの存在を認識して、上手に活用すべきなのです。」という意味になります。

These days, で「最近は、近頃は」です。
In recent years, や Nowadays とも言えます。

students usually know a little bit more than teachers with the technology. で「生徒たちは大抵、ほんのちょっと多くのことを知っている、先生よりも、テクノロジー関連のもののことを」です。
students usually know ～ で「生徒たちは大抵～を知っている」です。
a little bit more で「ほんのちょっとより多くを」です。
than teachers で「先生たちよりも」
with the technology は (something) with the technology で「テクノロジーが付いたもの」ということで、
パソコンやインターネット、スマホなどのことを指しています。

So this is a resource to teachers, で「ですから、これは先生たちにとってリソースです」です。
resource とは「（活用できる）資源」です。
this とは子供たちの方がテクノロジーに詳しいという事です。

and educators should recognize this resource and make good use of it. で「そして教師たちは～すべきです、この資源を認識して、それを有効に活用する」です。
recognize リ[コ]グナイズは「～を認識する、認める、受け入れる」という意味の動詞です。
例：recognize a face「顔を識別する」
make good use of ～ で「～を有効活用する」という意味の慣用句です。
例：make good use of the dictionary「辞書を有効に使う」
この場合の use は名詞ですのでユースと発音します。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
