で「そして実際に、自己啓発本はこれらの新しい需要を満たすために変化し『人を動かす』などというタイトルをつけ始めます。そしてとても偉大なセールスマンをお手本に取り上げます。」という意味になります。

And sure enough, で「そして実際に、案の定」という意味です。
sure enough は「案の定、実際その通りで」という意味の言い回しです。

the self-help books change to meet these new needs で「自己啓発本たちは変化する、これらの新しい需要を満たすために」です。
self-help book は「自己啓発本」でしたね。
change to meet ～ で「～を満たすために変化する」です。
meet these new needs で「これらの新しい需要を満たすため」です。
新しい需要というのは、農村から都会に出てきた人たちの需要です。
meet needs で「需要を満たす」です。

and they start to have names like ～ で「そして彼らは～し始めた、～のような名を持ち（はじめた）」です。

“How to Win Friends and Influence People.” で直訳すると「友達を得る方法・人を動かす方法」です。
デール・カーネギーの有名な自己啓発本「人を動かす」の原題です。
win friends で「友達を得る」という意味になります。
win はこの場合は「勝ち取る、手に入れる」という意味の動詞です。
例：win someone’s love「～の愛を勝ち取る」
influence もこの場合は動詞で「～に影響を与える、～を感化する、～を動かす」です。

And they feature as their role models really great salesmen. で「そしてそれらの本は、～をフィーチャーした、ロールモデルとして、とても偉大なセールスマンを」です。
feature は「主役として取り上げる、特集する、～を目玉にする」という意味の動詞ですね。
例：book featuring a little child「幼い子供を主人公にした本」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

これらの新しいニーズに応えるために
