So that’s the world we’re living in today. That’s our cultural inheritance. Now none of this is to say that social skills are unimportant, and I’m also not calling for the abolishing of teamwork at all.

で「まあ、それが今日私たちが住んでいる世界です。私たちが文化的に受け継いでいるものです。さてこれは特にソーシャルスキルが重要ではないと言いたいわけではありません。また私はチームワークをなくそうと要求するつもりも毛頭ありません。」という意味になります。

前回「人を動かす」に見られるような有能なセールスマン的ロールモデルがもてはやされる時代に入ったという事を受けて。

that’s the world we’re living in today. で「それが私たちが今日住んでいる世界だ」となります。
live in ～ で「～に住む、～に生きる」です。
例：live in a big city「大都市に住んでいる」

That’s our cultural inheritance. で「それが私たちの文化的遺産です。」となります。
our cultural inheritance は「私たちが文化的に受け継いできたもの」となります。
現在もそれがずっと続いているという事になります。
inheritance は「遺産、受け継いだもの、継承物」です。
動詞形は inherit イン[ヘ]リトゥ「相続する、（遺伝で）受け継ぐ、継承する」です。
例：inherit a family business「家業を継ぐ」

Now none of this is to say that ～で「さて、これは～と言うためのものではない」です。
none of this で「これのどれも（が～でない）」です。
is to say （that ～） で「～と言うためのものだ」です。
This is not to say that ～ と言っても同じです。

何というつもりはないのかというと、
(that) social skills are unimportant, で「ソーシャルスキルが重要ではない（と）」です。
unimportant で「重要でない、取るに足りない」です。
un-（否定）＋ important（重要な）です。
social skills とは influence people「人を動かす」などのスキルのことです。

and I’m also not calling for the abolishing of teamwork at all. で「また、私は～を要求しているのでも全くない、チームワークを廃止することを」です。
call for ～ は「～を（声を出して）要求する、～を求めて声を上げる、～を呼びかける」という意味の句動詞です。
例：call for a boycott「ボイコットを呼び掛ける」、call for a comment「コメントを求める」
the abolishing of teamwork で「チームワークの撤廃」です。
abolish ア[バ]リシュは「撤廃する、廃止する」です。
abolishing で「撤廃すること」となります。
at all は not と対応して not ～ at all で「ちっとも～でない、全く～でない」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

So that’s the world we’re living in today.
まあそれが今日私たちが生きている世界です

That’s our cultural inheritance.
それが私たちが引き継いできたものです

Now
さて

none of this is to say that
これは特に～だという言いたいわけではありません

social skills are unimportant,
