で「そして彼女は死に物狂いで家に向かって走り、この詩に追いかけられながら、そしてやらなければならいことは、できるだけ素早く紙と鉛筆がある所まで行って、その詩が彼女の体を轟き通り抜ける時に、それを集めて取り込んでそのページに書き写すことだった。」という意味になります。

And she would run like hell to the house で「彼女は家に向かって死に物狂いで走った（ものだった）」です。
would は前回と同じで過去の短期的な習慣を意味し「よく～したものだ」です。
run like hell は「死に物狂いで走る」です。

and she would be getting chased by this poem で「そして彼女はよく、この詩に追いかけられていた」です。
get chased で「～に追いかけられる」です。

and the whole deal was that ～ で「そして事の全部は～ということだった」です。
the deal was that ～ で「話は～ということだった、～ということだった」という意味の言い回しです。
whole deal で「ことの全部、話の全て」です。
deal には「取引、条件、商談、対処、対応」という意味があります。

どういう話だったかというと、
(that) she had to get to a piece of paper and a pencil fast enough で「彼女は紙と鉛筆のところまでいかなければならなかった、十分に速く」ということです。

(fast enough) so that ～ で「～できるように、できるだけ速く」です。

so that she could collect it and grab it on the page. で「彼女がそれを集めて引っとらえて、ページに書き写せるように」です。
it は the poem 彼女に向かってきていた「その詩」です。
collect ～ は「～を集める、考えなどをまとめる」です。
grab ～ は「～をひっつかむ、～をひっつかんで取り込む」です。
on the page なので「そのページの上に（書く）」といういことです。

when it thundered through her, で「その詩が彼女を雷鳴のように通り抜ける時に」です。
thunder through ～ で「～を轟音とともに通り抜ける」です。
