マカフィーというアンチウイルスソフトの会社でおなじみですね。
elusive イ・[ル]ー・スィヴは「うまく逃げる、捕まえづらい、捕えがたい」という意味ですが、
ここでは人を形容して「とらえどころのない、つかみどころのない」という意味合いです。
動詞形は elude イ[ル]ードゥ「巧妙に～を避ける、～から逃れる」です。

tax evasion で「脱税、税金のがれ」です。
evasion イ・[ヴェ]イ・ジョンで「逃れること、言い逃れ」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は evade イ[ヴェ]イドゥ「巧妙に～から逃れる、法律の目をかいくぐる」
elude と evade はほほ同じ意味ですが、evadeの方が犯罪的な文脈で使われることが多いようです。

accused of ～ で「～の罪で告訴される」です。
accused には for ではなく of が続くので注意しましょう。
failing to file U.S. tax returns で「アメリカの確定申告を提出しなかったこと」です。
fail to ～ で「～をしない」です。
「～することに失敗する、～しそこなう」という意味もありますが、今回のように意図的に「～しない」という意味でも使われます。
file tax returns で「確定申告をする、納税申告書を提出する」です。
file ～ は、この場合は動詞で「～を提出する」という意味です。
tax returns は日本でいうところの「確定申告」に当たります。
return には「報告書、財務報告書」という意味があります。
例：census return「国勢調査報告書」、trade returns「貿易報告書」

and hiding assets in the name of others で「資産を他人名義にして隠していたこと」です。
asset アセットゥは「資産」ですね。
例：asset management「資産運用」
(hide ～) in the name of others なので「他人の名前の中に（～を隠す）」で「他人名義にして隠ぺいする」となります。
(assets) including real estate, a vehicle and a yacht で「不動産、車両一台、ヨット一艘などの資産」です。
including ～ は「～などの、～などを含む」という意味の前置詞です。
