で「あなたは、あなたの周りの環境の産物である。だから、自分の目標に向かって最も成長させてくれる環境を選びなさい。あなたの人生をその環境という観点から分析してみなさい。あなたの周りのものはあなたの成長に役立っていますか？それとも阻害していますか？」という意味になります。

You are a product of your environment. で「あなたは、環境の産物である」となります。
a product of ～ で「～の産物、～によって生まれたもの」です。
product は「製品、商品」などという意味でも使われますが、ここでは「産物、成果物、たまもの」という意味合いです。
environment エン[ヴァ]イアロンメントゥは「環境、周囲の状況」です。
地球規模の「環境」という意味もありますが、ここでは your environment で、もっと身近な「（自分の）生活環境、身の回りの状況」です。

So choose the environment that ～ で「だから、～な環境を選びなさい」です。
どんな環境かというと、
(that) will best develop you toward your objective. で「一番、あなたを発展させる（環境）、あなたの目標に向けて」です。
develop you で「あなたを成長させる」です。
objective は形容詞っぽいですが、ここでは名詞で「目標」となります。
例：attain an objective「目標を達成する」
best はここでは副詞で「一番に、最もよく」です。

Analyze your life in terms of its environment. で「あなたの人生を分析しなさい、その環境という観点で」です。
analyze は「分析する、詳細に調べる」です。
in terms of ～ で「～という観点で、～という観点から、～に関して」という意味の言い回しです。
とてもよく使われる言い回しです。
例：view things in terms of ～「～の観点で物事を見る」

Are the things around you helping you toward success ? で「あなたの周りのものはあなたを助けていますか、成功へ向けて」です。
the things around you は「あなたの周りのもの・こと」で the environment の言い換えになっています。
help you toward ～ で「～に向かってあなたの役に立つ、あなたを助ける」です。

or are they holding you back? で「それとも、それらは、あなたを阻害していますか？」です。
they は the things around you を指します。
hold back は「～を引き留める、阻害する、抑える」です。
何かが外に出る・進むのを抑える、阻害するというイメージです。
例：holding back one’s tears「涙をこらえながら」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

だから環境を選びなさい

あなたを最も成長させてくれる（環境を）

toward your objective.
目標に向かって
