Today, at my grandmother’s funeral I tried my hardest not to cry, only allowing tears to fall and not making any noise, to be respectful at her funeral. Afterwards, my mother tells my father that I didn’t cry, which obviously meant that I didn’t love my grandmother and had no soul. FML
で「今日、おばあちゃんの葬式で、私は必死に泣かないようにした。涙だけ流して、何も音が出ないようにして。葬式なので失礼のないように。後で私の母が父に、私が泣かなかったことを言っている。その話しぶりは明らかに、私がおばあちゃんを愛してなかったからで、感情がないのだというように。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

at my grandmother’s funeral で「おばあちゃんのお葬式で」です。
funeral [フュ]ーネラォで「葬式、葬儀」です。
I tried my hardest not to cry, で「私は精一杯泣かないようにした」です。
try not to cry で「泣かないようにする、泣かないように努める」です。
my hardest は副詞的に「精一杯、最善を尽くして」でという意味になります。

only allowing tears to fall で「涙を落とすだけで」です。
allow ～ to … で「～に…させる、～が…するのを許す」です。
～が…するのを制止しないでおく、という意味合いです。

and not making any noise, で「そして何の音もさせないで」です。
make a noise で「音を出す、騒ぎを起こす」という意味の言い回しです。

to be respectful at her funeral. で「おばあちゃんの葬式で、敬意を払えるように」です。
respectful は「人に対して敬意を払える、敬意を持った、礼儀正しい」という意味の形容詞です。
respectable「尊敬できる、立派な」という意味と勘違いしやすいので注意しましょう。
例：respectful listener「丁寧に敬意を持って人の話を聞く人」、respectable wedding「立派な結婚式」

Afterwards, my mother tells my father (that) ～ で「後になって、母が父に～だと言っている」です。
afterwards は「後になって、その後」という意味の副詞です。
afterward とも書けますが、こちらはアメリカ式、afterwards がイギリス・カナダ式だそうです。

母はなんと言ったかというと、
(that) I didn’t cry, で「私が泣かなかったことを」です。

which obviously meant (that) ～ で「（それは）明らかに～という意味だった」です。
meant [メ]ントゥ は mean ミーン「意味する、～のことを指して言う」の過去形です。
obviously [ア]ブヴィアスリは「明らかに、間違いなく」です。会話でも文章でも頻出の副詞です。
definitely [デ]フィニトゥリィとも言えます。

どんな意味かというと、
(that) I didn’t love my grandmother and had no soul. で「私がおばあちゃんを愛してなかった、そして心がない（ということ）」です。
soul は「魂、霊魂」という意味から「（心の奥にある）感情」という意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

今日、

at my grandmother’s funeral
祖母の葬式で

I tried my hardest not to cry,
私は精一杯泣かないようにした

only allowing tears to fall
涙だけ流して

and not making any noise,
音は何も出ないようにして

to be respectful at her funeral.
祖母の葬式で失礼のないように

Afterwards,
後になって

my mother tells my father that
母が父に～と言っている

I didn’t cry,
私が泣かなかったと

which obviously meant that
それは明らかに～という事を意味していた

I didn’t love my grandmother
私が祖母を愛していなかった

and had no soul.
そして心がないということを
