A former chief executive of Nissan Motor Co., Mr. Ghosn が主語となり「日産自動車の元CEOのゴーン氏」です。
former ～ で「かつての～、元～」という意味になります。
例：former associate「かつての仲間」
chief executive は chief executive officer でCEO「最高経営責任者」という意味です。

was facing financial crime charges in Japan で「日本で、金融犯罪の告発に対峙していた」です。
face は名詞では「顔」という意味ですが、ここでは動詞 face ～ で「～に直面する」という意味になります。
charge はここでは名詞で「告発、罪の問責、嫌疑」です。
動詞では「～をとがめる、～を非難する、～を告訴する」という意味です。

and living in a court-monitored house in Tokyo で「そして、東京の裁判所からの監視付きの家に生活していた」です。
court monitored で「裁判所に監視された」という意味です。
court は「裁判所、法廷」です。
ゴーン氏は10億もの保釈金を納付して拘置所から家に戻っていたんですね。

when he disappeared in late 2019. で「彼が2019年の末に姿を消したとき」です。
late ～ で「～の末、～の後期」という意味でになります。
例：late spring「晩春、春の終わり」、late morning「昼前に」

In a plot worthy of Hollywood, で「ハリウッドに負けないほどの企てで」です。
plot は劇などの筋書・構想などという意味もありますが「謀略、陰謀」という意味もあります。
worthy of ～ で「～に値する」です。
例：Worthy of note, ～「特筆に値することとして～」、worthy of the name「その名に恥じない」

he took a bullet train 300 miles from Tokyo to Osaka, で「彼は新幹線に乗車した、東京から300マイル、大阪まで」です。
take a bullet train で「新幹線に乗る」となります。

then was smuggled inside the huge box onto a waiting private jet. で「その後、彼は密輸された、大きな箱の中に入って、待機していたプライベートジェット機に」です。
be smuggled で「密輸される、密かに持ち込まれる」です。
例：smuggler「密輸業者」、smuggling of weapons「武器の密輸」
inside the huge box で「大きな箱に入って」です。
huge ヒュージは「巨大な、大きな」です。
