で「また、私たちは絶えず、仕事に積極的に取り組んで、もっと頑張って、もっと成果を出して、と言われています。そういうことが、いい生活をするために目指すべきことだと、そういった印象を与えられています。」という意味になります。

we’re constantly told to ～ で「私たちは～するように常に言われている」です。
be told to ～ で「～するように言われる」です。
told は tell の過去分詞形です。tell には「伝える」という意味以外にも「命ずる、指図する、～するように言う」という意味もあります。
constantly は「絶え間なく、何度も繰り返して、しょっちゅう」という意味の副詞です。
形容詞形 constant は「一定の、定期的な、絶えず続く」です。

lean in to work は「（前のめりに）仕事に積極的に取り組む」です。
lean in は、2010年代に流行語となった表現で、もともとは女性が職場で「積極性を発揮する、積極的に参加する」という意味で広まったようですが、現在は男女関係なくビジネス用語で「積極的に取り組む」という意味合いで使われているようです。

スキーヤーが風に向かって “前のめり” になって滑っていくイメージです。

to push harder and achieve more. 「もっと頑張って、そしてもっと成果を出せと」です。
push hard で「努力する」という意味のイディオムです。push harder で「もっと頑張る」となります。
achieve アチーヴは「～を達成する、成果を出す、成し遂げる」という意味の動詞です。
例：achieve a 150% growth「150%成長を達成する」
名詞形は achievement「成果、業績」です。

We’re given the impression that ～ で「私たちは～という印象を与えられている」です。
give ～ the impression that … で「～に…という印象を与える」です。
impression は「（心に残る）印象、影響、感銘」という意味の名詞です。
知らず知らずに～だという印象（刷り込み）を受けている、ということです。

どんな印象かというと、
(that) these are the things that we need to go after で「このようなことが、私たちが追い求める必要のある事だ（という）」です。
these「これら、このようなこと」とは leaning in to work や pushing harder, achieving more を指しています。
the things (that) we need to go after で「（～という）こと、私たちが追い求めるべき（こと）」です。
go after ～ で「～を追い求める、～を目指す、～を狙う」という意味の句動詞です。
例：go after one’s dream「夢を追う」

in order to have a good life. で「いい生活をするために」です。
in order to ～ で「～するために」という意味の言い回しです。
have a good life で「いい暮らしをする、いい人生を送る」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
