アメリカの映画監督であるジョージ・ルーカスの言葉です。

A lot of people like to do certain things, but they’re not that good at it. Keep going through the things that you like to do, until you find something that you actually seem to be extremely good at. It can be anything.

A lot of people like to do certain things, but they’re not that good at it. Keep going through the things that you like to do, until you find something that you actually seem to be extremely good at. It can be anything.
で「多くの人が、あることをするのが好きだが、それほどそれが得意というほどでもない。好きだと思えることを一通り何でも試してみなさい。本当に自分が極めて得意だと思えるものが見つかるまで。それは何だっていいのだ。」という意味になります。

A lot of people で「多くの人が」です。
like to do certain things で「あることをするのが好きだ」です。

but ～「でも」

they’re not that good at it. で「彼らはそれほどそれが得意ではない」です。

Keep going through ～ で「～を検討し続けなさい」です。
go through ～ は「～を通り抜ける」という意味ですが、
ここでは何かを一通りひとつずつ順番に「通過する、検討する、くまなく調べる、捜索する」という意味になっています。
例：go through many different versions「いくつもの違うバージョンを試してみる」
何を探すかというと、
the things that you like to do, で「あなたがやるのが好きなことを」です。
やるのが好きなことにいろいろ手を出してみて一つずつ試してみなさい、ということです。

until ～「～するまで」

you find something that ～「～である何かを見つけるまで」です。
(something that) you actually seem to be extremely good at. で「あなたが実際に極めて得意だと思える何か」です。
要するに「やることが好きなこと」「極めて得意なこと」という、どちらの条件も満たすものを見つけなさい。
ということですね。

It can be anything. で「それは何だって良い。」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

あることをすることが好きで

でも、それほど得意ではない

Keep going through
～を一つ一つ試し続けてみよう
