Their investigation found customer personal data in Korea and Taiwan had been accessed by the hackers, but said no files contained customer payment information. The company said that it will be “taking steps to notify regulators and customers listed in these files.”
で「彼らの調査によって、韓国と台湾の顧客の個人データがハッカーたちにアクセスされていたことが分かった。また、その調査によると、それらのデータには顧客の決済情報は含まれていないとのこと。同社（マクドナルド）は、関係官庁への届け出と、これらのファイルに記載されていた顧客たちに通知する措置を順次行うと発表した。」という意味になります。

Their investigation で「彼らの調査」です。
記事を読むと、マクドナルドは第三者機関による徹底した調査（thorough investigation）を行ったとのことです。

found (that) ～「～だということを発見した、～だということが分かった」です。

customer personal data in Korea and Taiwan までが主語で「韓国・台湾の顧客個人データ」です。
had been accessed by the hackers, で「～が、アクセスされていた、そのハッカーたちに」です。
アクセスされたのはその調査よりも前の時点なので had と過去完了形（大過去）となっています。

but ～「しかし～」
(their investigation) said (that) ～ で「（調査は）～だと言った、～だと発表した」です。

何と発表した（said）かというと、
(that) no files contained customer payment information. で「ファイルには顧客の決済情報は含まれていなかった」です。
no files が主語となります。
contained ～ で「～を含んでいた、～が入っていた」です。
customer payment information で「顧客の決済情報」です。
クレジットカード番号などの情報のことでしょうね。

The company said that ～ で「同社は～だと言った、発表した」です。
(that) it will be “taking steps to ～ で「同社は、順次策を講じていくだろう（と）、～するために」です。
it は the company を指しています。会社・国・団体などは it で受けます。
take steps to ～ は「～するために対策を講じる」という意味の言い回しです。
例：take steps to ward off deflation「デフレ回避のための策を講じる」

何するための対策するかというと、
notify regulators and で「～に通知する、規制監督官庁と」
notify ～ で「～に知らせる、～に通知する」です。
名詞形は notification ノウティフィ[ケ]イション「通知書、お知らせ」です。
regulators は「監督官庁」という意味になります。
各業界ごとに決まった（国や行政の）監督官庁のことです。
regulate は「規制する」という意味なので、regulators は「規制する者達」という意味ですね。
customers listed in these files.「これらのファイルに記載されてた顧客たちに」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
