スウェーデン生まれのハリウッド映画女優であるグレタ・ガルボの言葉です。

There are many things in your heart you can never tell to another person. They are you, your private joys and sorrows, and you can never tell them. You cheapen yourself, the inside of yourself, when you tell them.

There are many things in your heart you can never tell to another person. They are you, your private joys and sorrows, and you can never tell them. You cheapen yourself, the inside of yourself, when you tell them.
で「人の心の中には他人には決して言えないことがたくさんある。それは自分自身、その人の個人的な喜びや悲しみ、だから人には言えない。それを言えば、自分、ひいては自分の中身の品位を下げることになる。」という意味になります。

グレタ・ガルボは「人嫌い」で有名な女優さんです。
生涯にわたり、公の場に姿を見せることを嫌い、独りで過ごすことを好んだそうです。

There are many things in your heart で「あなたの心の中にはたくさんのものがある」です。
ここでの you は、総称人称で「（一般的な）人」で意味をとってもOKです。

(that) you can never tell to another person. で「決して他人には言えない（たくさんのことが）」です。
tell ～ to … で「～を…に伝える、教える」です。

They are you, your private joys and sorrows, で「それらはその人だ、その人の個人的な喜びと悲しみだ」です。
they は many things in your heart を指しています。
They are you で「それらのことは、その人自身である」ということですね。

and you can never tell them. で「だから、決してそれらを（人に）教えることはできない」

You cheapen yourself, 「自分自身の価値を下げることになる」です。
cheapen は「～の価値を下げる、安っぽくする」という意味の動詞です。
形容詞形は cheap「（値段が）安い」です。
the inside of yourself,「自分自身の中身を」
when you tell them. で「それらを（人に）行ってしまったら」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
