アメリカのSF作家・小説家であるフランク・ハーバートの言葉です。

Think you of the fact that a deaf person cannot hear. Then, what deafness may we not all possess? What senses do we lack that we cannot see and cannot hear another world all around us?
で「ろう者は耳が聞こえないという事実について考えてみて。では、我々が必ずしも有しているわけではない聴覚障害というものはどんなものだろう？　私たちにはない感覚、身の周り一面に広がる別世界を目と耳で知覚できないという感覚はどんなものだろう？」という意味になります。

SF小説「Dune」からの一文のようです。

Think you of the fact that ～ で「～という事実について考えてみなさい」です。
think of ～「～のことを考える、～について考える」に you が挿入された形と考えます。

どんな事実かというと、
(the fact that) a deaf person cannot hear. で「ろうの人は耳が聞こえない（という事実）」です。
この that は「同格のthat」です。
同格を表す接続詞thatの使い方

Then, ～ で「では、それならば、そしたら」といった意味です。

what deafness may we not all possess? で「聴覚障害というものはどんなものだろう？、我々が必ずしも有しているわけではない（聴覚障害は）」です。
What ～ ? で「～はどんな感じですか？」という意味が作れます。
例：What feeling do you have during ～ ?「～の間、あなたはどんな気持ちなんですか？」、What man did I marry?「私はなんていう男と結婚してしまったのか？」
deafness は deaf の名詞形で「ろうであること、耳が聞こえないこと」です。
what deafness ～ ? で「～な聴覚障害とは一体どんなものか？」
may we not all possess で「私たちが必ずしも持っているわけではない（聴覚障害）」です。
possess は「～を保有する、所有する」ですが、ここでは「（能力や性質などを）有する」という意味です。
例：possess a jealous nature「嫉妬深い性質を持つ、やきもち焼きである」

What senses do we lack ? で「私たちが欠いている感覚はどんなものか？」です。
sense センスは「感覚、知覚、感じ」です。
we lack ～ で「私たちは～を欠いている、私たちには～がない」です。
(that) we cannot see and cannot hear another world all around us? で「私たちが見たり聞いたりできない（という感覚）、身の回りの別世界を」です。
この that も senses を説明している「同格のthat」です。
another world で「別世界、あの世、来世」などという意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
