Intuition and concepts constitute… the elements of all our knowledge, so that neither concepts without an intuition in some way corresponding to them, nor intuition without concepts, can yield knowledge.
で「感性と悟性は、我々の全知識の基本要素に相当する。すなわち、何かしら対応する感性が欠けた悟性も、悟性がない感性も、知識を生み出し得ない。」という意味になります。

wikipedia の「認識論」のページを読むと、
intuition と concepts は「感性」と「悟性」とのことです。
カントによれば、人間の認識能力は感性と悟性の二つの源泉からなる。感性は直観する能力であり、悟性は思考する能力である。

intuition は、何も考えずに物事を捉えること、という意味合いでしょうか。
対して concepts は「（心に描く）概念、コンセプト、物事の理解」です。
動詞形の conceive は「考えなどを心に描く、着想する、女性が子供を身ごもる」という意味です。
ここでは、物事を自分なりに思考解釈（咀嚼）して心の中に持つ概念、と言った意味になるかと思います。

constitute ～ で「～を構成する、～に相当する、～を成す」です。
例：what constitutes the core of a civilization「文明の中核を成すもの」

the elements of all our knowledge, で「我々の全知識の諸要素を」です。
element は「要素、要点、基本成分」という意味です。
形容詞形 elementary は「基礎的な、基本の」という意味になります。
つまり、我々の全知識の基本的な要素を構成する、ということになります。

so that ～ は「～するように、～であるように」という意味ですが、ここでは意味を逆転して「すなわち～だ」と訳すと分かりやすくなりますね。
neither ～ nor … で「～も…でもない」という意味の文型です。

そして neither concepts without an intuition in some way corresponding to them, nor intuition without concepts, までが主語になっています。

(neither) concepts without an intuition in some way corresponding to them で「何かしら対応する直観が欠けた悟性（も～ない）」です。
日本語にすると何を言っているかわからなくなってしまいますね。
concepts without an intuition で「直観がない悟性」です。
どんな直観がないのかというと、in some way corresponding to them で「ある意味でそれらと繋がっている（直観）」です。
correspond to ～ で「～をつながる、～に対応する、～と調和する」という意味の言い回しです。
them「それら」とは concepts を指しています。
つまり相対応している直観と悟性の、悟性が欠けている状態、ということです。

また、
(nor) intuition without concepts, で「概念がない直観（も～ない）」です。

そのどちらも、
can yield knowledge. で「知識を産出し得（ない）」です。
yield ～ で「～を産出する、～を生じさせる、～をもたらす」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
