My wife is completely unable to control herself, and lasted a full 30 seconds before trying to restart the baby conversation. We weren’t just thrown out, she soaked us with the hose all the way to our car. FML

Today, our daughter threatened to throw us out if her mom asked about having children again. We weren’t just thrown out, she soaked us with the hose all the way to our car. FML
で「今日、私たちの娘が、もし私の妻（彼女の母）が子供を持つことをについてまた質問したら私たちを家から追い出すと脅してきた。私の妻は全然自分を抑えることできない性格なので、30秒しか我慢できずまた赤ちゃんの話を始めようとした。私たちは娘の家から追い出されただけでは済まされず、娘は私達が車まで歩く間ずっとホースで水をかけ続けた。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

our daughter threatened to throw us out で「私たちの娘が、～するぞと脅してきた、私達を追い出すぞと」です。
threaten スレトゥンで「脅す」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は threat ス[レ]トゥ「脅迫」。
threaten to do ～ で「～すると脅す、～すると言って脅す」です。
throw us out で「私たち（夫婦）を追い出す」です。
throw out は「外に投げる」という意味から、「（人を）追い出す、追放する」という意味で良く使われます。
状況としては、娘夫婦の家に訪問している親夫婦、ということでしょうね。
if her mom asked about having children again. で「もし、彼女の母親が、～について尋ねたら、子供を持つこと、再度」です。
つまり赤ちゃんは作らないのかと催促するするように尋ねる、ということですね。
her mom「彼女の母親」はつまり my wife のことです。

My wife is completely unable to control herself, で「私の妻は、まったく～ができない（性格だ）、自分を抑えることが」です。
completely unable なので完全否定になり「全くできない、からっきし～できない」です。
また過去形 was ではなく is を使うことで、my wife（妻）の通常の状態・性格を表しています。

and ～「それで～」
lasted a full 30 seconds before ～「丸々30秒もった、～する前に」です。
つまり丸々30秒しか我慢できずに（その後）～した、ということです。
last ～ は「（～の時間）持続する、もつ、我慢できる」という意味の用法。
例：Our food lasted till ～.「私たちの食料は～するまで（尽きずに）もった。」
a full 30 seconds は a が付いているのに 30 seconds と複数形になっていてちょっと変な感じですが、 a good many ～ などと同じで定番のイディオムとして覚えてしまいましょう。
before ～ はこのように「～の前に」と訳すよりも「その後～した」とした方がしっくりくる場合が多いです。
before trying to restart the baby conversation. で「そのあと、（妻は）赤ちゃんの話をまた始めようとした」です。

We weren’t just thrown out, で「私たちはただ追い出されただけではなく、」です。
not just で「～だけではない」です。
not just ～ but also …、not only ～ but also … の文型の but also が省略された形ですね。

she soaked us with the hose all the way to our car. で「彼女（娘）は私たちを水浸しにした、ホースで、車までずっと」です。
soak ～ で「～を水浸しにする、びしょぬれにする」です。
例：I got caught in the rain on my way to work. I’m completely soaked.「出社途中で雨に降られました。びしょぬれになっちゃいました。」
all the way to ～ は「はるばる～まで」という意味でもよく使われますが今回はただ「～までずっと」という意味ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
