で「今日、私のルームメイトはいまだに朝昼晩マクドナルドの食事にお金をかけることを選んでいる。彼は、皆おいしいと言ってくれる私の栄養満点な家庭料理を丁重に食べたくないと断る。それで彼はいつも自分が機嫌が悪いとぼやいている。どうしてだろう。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my roommate still chooses to ～ で「私のルームメイトはいまだに～をすることを選んでいる」です。
waste his money on ～ で「自分のお金を～に費やす（ことを）」
McDonald’s food「マクドナルドの食べ物に」
for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.「朝食、ランチ、晩飯に」です。

He politely refuses to eat ～「彼は丁重に断っている、～を食べることを」
(eat) my nutritious home-cooked meals で「私の栄養豊富な家庭料理を」です。
nutritious ヌートゥ[リ]シャスで「栄養のある」という意味の形容詞です。
名詞形は nutrition ヌートゥ[リ]ション「栄養素」です。
meal は「（朝食や昼食時などに取る一回分の）食事」です。
my meals that people say taste amazing で「人々がとてもおいしいと言う（私の食事）」です。
that以下のは連鎖関係詞節となって、people say が挿入的に入って、my meals を受けた動詞は taste になっています。
my meals taste amazing

Then ～「それで、その結果」
he complains that ～「彼は～だと文句を言っている」
he’s in a shitty mood all the time. で「自分がひどい気分だと、四六時中」です。
in a ～ mood で「～な気分で」という意味の言いまわし。
例：in a buoyant mood「浮かれた気分で」、in a crappy mood「クソみたいな気分で」
