Today, I’ve been living with my new roommate’s dogs for three days now. In an ironic twist, the small one is very well-behaved, while the two big ones are disobedient little shits. Every day, I get a thousand more reminders as to why I’m a cat person. I can’t do this anymore. FML
で「今日、私は新しいルームメイトの犬たちともう３日もずっと暮らしている。皮肉なことに、小さいのはすごく行儀がいいのに、他の２匹は言うことを聞かないクソガキだ。毎日、千回以上、私がなぜ猫派なのかついて思い知らされている。もう限界だ。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I’ve been living with ～ で「私は今ずっと～と一緒に暮らし続けている」です。
have been ～ing の現在完了進行形（present perfect continuous）で、ぶっ続けでずっと続いていて今もまだ終わっていないという感じがでます。
(with) my new roommate’s dogs for three days now. で「新しいルームメイトの犬たちと、今で3日間」です。

In an ironic twist, で「皮肉なことに」です。
ironic は「皮肉な」という意味の形容詞。
twist は「よじれ、ひねり」ですが、ここでは「運命のよじれ、思わぬ展開」という意味合いですね。

the small one is very well-behaved, で「小さいのは、とても行儀が良い」
while ～「一方で、～」
the two big ones are disobedient little shits. で「大きい２匹は、言うことを聞かないクソガキ達だ」です。
disobedient ディスオ[ビ]ーディアントゥで「いうことを聞かない、反抗的な」です。
dis-（反意）＋ obedient「従順な、素直な」
little shit は「くそがき」と言った意味のスラング。

Every day,「毎日」
I get a thousand more reminders as to ～ で「私は、千回以上も、～に関して思い知らされる」です。
reminder は「思い出せるもの、注意喚起のメッセージ」という意味ですので、
get a reminder that ～ で「～ということを思い出させるものを得ている」です。
つまり「～と思い知らされる」ですね。
a thousand more reminders
as to ～ で「～に関しての」
as to why ～ で「なぜ～なのかに関しての」となっています。
why I’m a cat person. で「なぜ私が猫派なのか」です。

I can’t do this anymore. で「もうこれ以上無理。」です。
this は「犬たちと一緒に暮らすこと」を指しています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
