America will remain the anchor of strong alliances in every corner of the globe. And we will renew those institutions that extend our capacity to manage crisis abroad, for no one has a greater stake in a peaceful world than its most powerful nation.

で「アメリカは、世界の隅々まで、強力な連合の頼みの綱であり続けます。また我々は海外の危機をコントロールするために必要なあれらの軍事施設を刷新していきます。平和な世界において最も大きな役割を担うものは、最も力ある国以外にないからです。」という意味になります。

America will remain the anchor of ～ で「アメリカは～のアンカーであり続ける」です。
remain ～ で「～のままでいる」という意味の動詞。
anchor は「船のいかり」という意味から「しっかりと支える物、頼みの綱」という意味になります。
the anchor of strong alliances で「強固な同盟の頼みの綱」です。
alliance ア[ラ]イアンスで「同盟、連合」です。
in every corner of the globe. で「世界の隅々において、世界の隅々まで」です。

And「そして」
we will renew those institutions で「私たちは、～を刷新していく、それらの付属施設を」です。
renew ～ で「～を更新する、刷新する」です。
institution インスティ[テュ]ーションで「施設、機関、機構」という意味になります。
どんな施設かというと、
(institutions) that extend our capacity to do ～ で「私たちの～するための能力を拡大する（施設）」です。
何をするための能力を拡大するための施設かというと、
to manage crisis abroad, で「危機管理をするため（の能力）、海外で」です。
つまりこれは海外各国（日本も含む）に設置されている米国の軍事施設や諜報機関のことを指していることがわかりますね。
manage crisis で「危機をマネージする、危機を管理する」です。
abroad は副詞で「海外で」となります。

接続詞 for ～ で「～であるから、というのも～だから」です。
このスピーチでは何度も登場していますが、等位接続詞の for ～ の用法ですね。

no one has a greater stake in ～ than … で「誰一人として、～により大きな利害を持つ者はいない、…以上に」という意味です。
no one is more ～ than … で「…以上に～なのは誰もいない」という意味のストラクチャーの一種ですね。
have a great stake in ～ で「～の大きな利害関係を持つ」という意味から、ここでは「～に大きな役割を持っている」という意味になっています。
stake は「掛け金、賞金、出資金」と言った意味の名詞ですね。
例：stakeholder「利害関係者、出資者」
(have a stake) in a peaceful world で「平和な世界に（大きな役割を担っている）」です。
than its most powerful nation. で「一番強い国家よりも」です。
its は a peaceful world を指しています。
most powerful nation はもちろんアメリカを指しています。
よく言われるアメリカは「世界の警察（Global policeman）」であるべきだという発想ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

America will remain
アメリカは～であり続ける

the anchor of strong alliances
強力な同盟の頼みの綱で

in every corner of the globe.
世界の隅々までにおいて

And we will renew
そして我々は～を刷新していく

those institutions
それらの付属施設を

that extend our capacity
