で「アジアからアフリカまで、南北アメリカから中東まで、我々は民主主義を支持していく。なぜなら我々の国益と良心とが、自由を切望する者たちの代理として我々を行動させずにはおかないからだ。そして我々は、貧しい者たち、病める者たち、疎外された者たち、偏見の犠牲者たちの希望の元にならなければならない。」という意味になります。

We will support democracy で「我々は民主主義を支持していく」です。
from Asia to Africa, で「アジアからアフリカまで」
from the Americas to the Middle East, で「南北アメリカから中東まで」です。
the Americas で「南北アメリカ大陸（北米・中米・南米）」の国々をさします。

because ～「なぜなら～だから」
our interests and our conscience compel us to act で「我々の国益と我々の良心とが、我々を行動させずにはおかないから」です。
interests で「国益、権益」、conscience コンシェンスで「良心」です。
つまり民主主義を世界に広めることは、現実的な利益にもつながるし、道義的にも見合うものである、とうことです。
compel ～ to do … で「（強制的に）～に…させる、余儀なくさせる」です。
何をさせるのかというと、
(to) act on behalf of those who ～ で「～な者たちの代理として行動（させる）」です。
on behalf of ～ で「～の代理で」です。
those who ～ で「～する人々、～する者たち」です。those は those people と同じ意味になります。
どんな人々（those）かというと、
(who) long for freedom. で「自由を切望する（人々）」です。
つまり、中東やアフリカなどの民主主義でない国々に住んでいる自由を求めている人達のことです。

And「そして」
we must be a source of hope to ～ で「我々は～でなければならない、～への希望の源泉」です。
to ～「～に向けての」
the poor, で「貧しい者たち」
the sick「病める者たち」
the marginalized「疎外された者たち」
the victims of prejudice. で「偏見の被害者たち」です。
the + adjective（形容詞） で「～な者たち」という意味が作れます。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

We will support democracy
我々は民主主義を支持していく

from Asia to Africa,
アジアからアフリカまで

from the Americas to the Middle East,
アメリカ大陸から中東まで

because
なぜなら

our interests and our conscience
我々の国益も、我々の道義心も

compel us to act
我々を行動させずにはおかないからだ

on behalf of
～の代理として

those who long for freedom.
自由を切望する者たち（の）

And we must be a source of hope to
そして我々は～へむけての希望の源泉にならなければならない

the poor,
